CashPayClinics cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered or delivered without delay.
 
CashPayClinics is not responsible for delays or failures caused by carriers, telecommunications networks, device settings, outages, or circumstances outside CashPayClinics' reasonable control.
 
9. Privacy
 
Information collected through the SMS program will be handled according to the CashPayClinics Privacy Policy.
 
Mobile telephone numbers and SMS consent information will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
 
Information may be provided to service providers as necessary to deliver SMS communications or operate the CashPayClinics service.
